Finally...

...the first beach day of summer has happened! How exciting. Yesterday it got up to 28-30 degrees so me and Larry went to White Pine for a few hours, and since it was a Wednesday afternoon it wasn't too busy. It was nice to just relax under the sun like that with him...quite nice. Took a few pictures on his camera phone, so here.

Oh, and that's one of my new summer dresses, the one I got on that shopping day with my mom. I like the colours. But yes, it was nice. Then that night, went to Anducci's for dinner with Larry, Matt, Kait, Nanessa, Tommy, Mhark, and Sabine so that was fun. Today is just dance class, then tomorrow...I'm getting my hair done again, yay! I'm so excited. I'll be there for a very long time as usual, but I can't wait to have my hair nice again...getting it trimmed (as little as possible because I love my hair long right now) and re-dyed and everything. Then, that night going out for sushi with Larry and his brother Steve so I can finally get to know him and talk to him more so that should be good.

I love summer. ♥

Oh...and another 'finally'...I finally got my hair redone! Yay! It's the blondest I've ever been, baha...check it out. =)

...I've gone back to using cB much more...and xanga a bit more too. And facebook has pretty much replaced a few other things, such as myspace, but I still go on there every once in awhile too. But anyways, moving on I guess.

Today wasn't so bad. I worked today, which was okay. I love working with Sheri and Sarah...they're some of my favourites. I felt so special when Sheri invited me to her birthday 'cause she's one of my closest friends at work but unfortunately I am not of legal age quite yet...damn. Ah well. After work, I went to my old Tim Horton's to grab dinner and lo and behold, Melany and Edric were working the rare weekday they usually work in a month! So that was exciting. And, as I got there, Mel had her break, and Edric let me sit in the back to eat and chat with her so that was nice to catch up and all. I missed her and Edric, they were so much fun. That's one thing I miss about Tim Horton's...I was closer to a few more people there, mind you the amount of employees there is significantly greater.

Shopping on Tuesday was nice, got lots of new stuff that mom ended up paying for, so that was good. Saw Pirates 3 twice, haha. It was amazing and Orlando + Johnny are extremely hot/amazing in it. Definitely worth seeing more than once in my opinion. I'm quite excited for this Friday since I'm getting my hair done finally so that should be good. I'll hopefully be buying Kelly Clarkson concert tickets that day as well to see her for a second time.

But that's about it for now that I feel like talking about...oh, and I took some pictures of myself for the first time in awhile, so naturally I have to post them. A few new-ish clothes in there, so yeah. Bye.

It was here last week, but now the rain is back and I hate it. I miss summer. I miss the cruise. I miss Christina and Lindsay. I miss my vacation. I miss Larry. I miss my friends.
Sigh. Yes, I do miss a lot at the moment.

Anyways...I'm so torn about something. So, I was browsing the Harbour Dance studio's website earlier, and I saw there's another audition for Carnival Cruise Lines this August...I want to go sooo badly... but firstly, if I even made it in, my parents would never let me put off school even for only a year to go do that. Secondly, I do really want to do it, but to leave for months like that? If it were a 4 or 5 month contract maybe, but I doubt it'd work out like that. But honestly, that's what I want to do so badly...and it's driving me crazy. I want to go to the audition to see what it's like, but what if, just what if I actually made it...then what? Damn everything being so complicated.

On another note, work has been a pain. I like my job except for my manager & assistant manager. Honestly, they drive me crazy. I can't stand it. That, and I need more hours, but apparently more will come with the summer so we'll see. Depending how things go, I might just be looking for a new job in July. I'll wait it out until around then...

Back to how I started this post. I miss the sun. I really do. Technically it's my summer since I'm not in school, but with this crappy weather and all, it's just not the same. I honestly cannot wait for beach weather again and everything. But for now, the next big exciting thing is Whistler. I'm going with Larry for 2 days and 1 night at the end of June...I am soo excited. I hope it all works out though. Oh, and getting my hair done on June 1st. Finally. It's been way too long. But in the near future, hmm...tomorrow I'm going to Shawn's place to help set up his website, then hopefully hanging out with Larry. Tuesday I'm going to the mall with my mom. Hopefully she'll be in a good mood so she'll buy me stuff, haha...Wednesday is a packed day. I'm going to SFU to do a photoshoot for some promotional stuff there, then I have to rush to work, then after work, rush to my dance competitions ... and for one of them, I'm not all that confident to be honest so yeah...there's a few lifts in our ballet dance and I'm one of the people being lifted, and lately my lifters have been sucking...so hopefully all goes well at competition. This is actually a pretty good/busy week I suppose. Thursday night I'm going to Larry's and seeing Pirates of the Caribbean 3 (Yay!) and then Friday night is Amanda's graduation party. Should be fun.

Anyways, there's my update for now. Wow, I'm back on cB and Xanga lately crazy. To close off, here's a pic of me and Larry from the John Mayer concert at the beginning of May. Bye now.

...yet again.

Things have changed drastically in the last year is all I can say, both good and bad.

And in some ways I'm happy, and in some ways not.

But enough of the dramatics. Just got back from a wonderful vacation (which I kind of still wish I was on...) to visit Christina and Lindsay on their cruise and it was wonderful. Here's a few pictures from the many that were taken:

Anyways, I was going to do a detailed recap but I don't quite feel like it. Did lots of shopping, relaxing in the sun, and having fun times with the girls who were so missed. Met tons of awesome crew as well and it was fun getting VIP treatment for awhile. Got discounts, went to a crew party, saw backstage, etc...definitely lots of fun. I can't wait until they're back home and everything. But yeah, watching them on stage made me think...I would love to do something like that. Perhaps not as long a contract if possible, but I really would love to try something like that at least once if I was good enough to make it...but anyways, what else to update this with...

Xanga's become so dead yet I still have it. Obviously not as active as I used to be, but it's still here...its been practically 5 years now. Crazy, hm? Things have definitely changed since then...friends, boys, school, work...it's still so hard to believe high school is done with and that I've already finished my first year of university. My group of friends has grown and changed so much. I have a wonderful boyfriend from outside of high school. It's insane how fast time has flown by. I embrace the changes, but all the while, miss some of the memories made in those high school years.
I'm still happy with the changes (generally speaking) thats happened though...and the ones to come. That's all for now...until the next update.

Well, it's been awhile. I'll do a quick recap before saying a little announcement of sorts...

Grad ceremonies were great. I still can't believe we've technically graduated...its a strange thought. But yes, it was fun and a long day. Went out for a big dinner with people afterwards, and Adrian came too which was nice. Last week of high school wasn't bad. Skipped half of it, hah and hung out with Adrian. It was our 11 months that Thursday. =) <3 It was wonderful. Friday was our last day of classes and I only went for the 2nd half of the day and I ended up watching the World Cup during both those blocks, hah. Saturday, I had my very first shift of work at Tim Horton's. It was good...busy & tiring, but its good to be employed again at last. Sunday was my dance show...wasn't as good as I was hoping as I forgot a few costume pieces & became very stressed...ah well. Adrian & Brian came so that was quite nice. Did a bit of shopping yesterday which was nice. Got a new purse and some shoes. Yeh...bought it with some of the grad money I got. Oh yeh, got some sweet grad presents. Got my iPod video!! =D That was exciting. I'll be getting a laptop too for university, which is quite nice.
Anyways...I can't wait until provincial exams are done...then it's grad night! June 30th...I'm excited. Quite. Got my appointments for hair & makeup all set up in the morning and everything. Then after that, grad camping! I'm sooo pumped for that. But anyways...my little announcement of sorts.

I've had this xanga since grade 8, which was when I began high school, and now high school is over. This phase of my life where I felt the need to share my world online is ended I think. I don't have the same excitement for this thing as I used to...so therefore, I won't be posting much anymore, if at all. I'm sure you've noticed my lack of posting in the past while anyways...but I'm not abandoning this thing. I still love it, it just won't be used as much. I won't really bother changing layouts and posting all about what happens in my life anymore...that's all. But I will be posting about grad and grad camping, but I think those posts will really mark the end of my xanga days. I still use myspace and cB and such, but not to the extent of before. But yes, keep suscribed if you'd like since there will be the rare and occasional post in here still. So...ciao for now! =) I will leave you with a few commencement photos.

Hi. Yes I was being a bit emo last time I posted but yeah...I've been feeling upset lately rather easily because of stress overload and just...way too much insecurity but whatever. This weekend turned out to be fun so yeah. Friday night I went to the movies with some people and saw American Dreamz which turned out to be quite the entertaining movie. Grabbed some food at Wendy's and hung out there for a bit before heading home. Early Saturday morning, I had a dance competition for my tap group...we got 2nd out of 6 groups which is quite good but we should've gotten 1st...the way our adjudicator even commented us seemed like we were going to...the only reason that group got first was because it was an all guy group and they always like all guy groups. Ugh. Whatever. We know we did really well that day so yeah. I liked my makeup and stuff so I took some pics...here's one digicam pic then some webcam ones.

Later that day, I went to Kaitlyn's house and we worked on our dance for the school dance team. Its just about done. =) After that, we got changed, grabbed some dinner from Timmy Hoes/Wendy's before going to school for the auction. The Fiddler on the Roof cast performed a few songs there so yeah. It was fun and a good little reunion for the majority of the cast. Afterwards we went to Applebee's to grab food. It was a nice big group and a lot of fun. Lots of laughs as always. Good food too...I love that place. Here's just 2 pictures:

So yeah, after that a few of us headed back to the auction to look around and hang out. It was a pretty interesting event. My parents won the 50/50 draw though of $760 so that was pretty damn nice. My dad gave me $60 from it hehe. =) Yup...so today, Adrian came over for a bit. That was nice. Hristo and family came for dinner...we bought Greek food. Baked with Adrian earlier in the day too, so that was fun.
Just found out though he's going to be gone for the May long weekend too which sucks and he's decided not to go to the dance...sigh. Yeah, it'd be nice if went but I'm not gonna make him go but yes, to be honest, it made me a bit unhappy but I'll deal with it I guess. =\ Ah well. Dammit...I know all my other good friends are going so I should go...but now I'm questioning if I should at all because I'd be there late because of dance photos...ugh. Whatever. I'll decide later. I'm done for now...if I keep going I'll end up bitching about more crap. Later.

Heyy...Yeah it's been a long time, but I've just been so caught up in so many things. Life's been going mostly good I suppose. Hm...so what has happened in the last few weeks?

On March 31st, I went to Shawn & Amanda's surprise engagement party and Adrian came too. That was fun. I'm so happy for them. =) April 1st, went to dinner with Adrian & family out and hung out with him at his house as well. It was an absolutely wonderful night with him. The next day, I had a tap dance competition and we ended up getting 3rd. Umm...ooh Musical Week!

It was amazing. I was at the theatre every day from Monday to Saturday either during the day and night, or just at night. It was tiring and a bit chaotic at first, but it was such a great experience. The whole week was so fun. So many good times! Lets list:

Oh man...Saturday night, Adrian & his family came so that was nice. It was such a great closing night and afterwards was the cast party at Me n' Ed's Pizza. It was so fun, we all had fun chatting, reminiscing and signing each other's posters. Oh man...Tony's speech was sooo good! Made us cry! ='( But thats okay, we love you for it! =D Ah, what a crazy, lovely, fun week.

Now that Fiddler is over...we have so much time! Hah! But yeah, Isaiah & Tony come up to our hall so much now, its awesome! Yup yup. Hm...so what else has been going on...oh yeah, I had an interview at SuperStore again, but in the portrait studio this time. I think it went quite well so I'm hoping things work out there. Friday, no school, and not on Monday either! Yay for long weekends! Woot. Yesterday, it was our 9 month anniversary so we went out for the day. That was quite fun. In the course of the day we had lunch, spent time at Ikea (=D), saw She's The Man (a movie that I thoroughly enjoyed, yup yup) and had dinner back at his place since he had family over and such.

Tonight, Adrian is coming over again and we're having a load of people over for dinner so yeah. Should be good. I'm off for now...but oh yeah, before I forget...one of the items from my wishlist came to be! =D Not black...not silver...but in PINK! I got a pink Motorola V3 Razr! WEE! Pics later! Haha, bye now!

Hey people who read this. =) It's certainly been awhile. Europe was absolutely amazing. One of the best times of my life. Went to London, Paris, Florence, Switzerland for an hour in the train station, Rome, Naples, Capri, Sorrento, Siena, and Assisi. It was so much fun with the people I went with and all the wonderful places. I love Italy. It's beautiful there and the food is just delicious. I'd go into more detail but I'm lazy at the moment. Next entry will have pictures and a more detailed bit about what happened and so on. Had a nice surprise when I got home, Adrian was at the airport so that certainly cheered me up about coming home. He was pretty much the only thing I missed other than the clean air and my own bed. So yeah...it was nice to see him again...I missed him quite a bit.
When I got home though, Monday I got really sick it was horrible. Missed a lot of school last week which I really couldn't afford but yeah...School sucks right now. As does the many, long, long musical practices. Ugh. Right now it doesn't seem worth it, although I know it will be next week at the performances. Augh. I have to leave early tomorrow and Friday too...they are so going to kill me. >_< Blah.

This past weekend was pretty good though. I saw Adrian both Saturday and Sunday luckily. It was wonderful just to spend time with him like that again. I've missed him so very much, especially being away from school too. I haven't been able to stop thinking about him lately either...then something else came up that I was hoping we wouldn't have to discuss, but yeah. He got accepted into the University of Alberta which is good but...I don't want him to go obviously. We said we'd definitely stay together and just be long-distance. He'd come home in between semesters and I'd try to visit him a few times but still...it'd be hard. It really would. I hope he gets accepted into SFU... =/ Sigh.
I'm tired and hungry. Bye now.

Hello...so it's been a pretty up & down week to say the least. Physics still sucks and absolutely hates me. Our relationship is just getting worse. =\ But, Monday night I went to see Russell Peters with Kaitlyn and that was just absolutely hilarious, I loved it. I was laughing the entire time I think. Afterwards, we went to that awesome Gelato place in Vancouver that is now up to 218 flavours. Yum!

The rest of the week was pretty...blah. I was rather...moody and kept having my moments. Sigh. But some good news, on Tuesday I got a call from Superstore because I'd applied a month ago for cashier, and they asked if I'd be interested in working in the photo lab! So that was exciting. I had my interview on Thursday, and I think it went pretty well...I hope. I'll know if I've got the job by Monday. Then, on Wednesday I found out something rather exciting...
I got accepted into SFU!!! Even before the early admission deadline! =D Now that is most definitely great news. I got an email, and the actual documents will be coming in the mail soon it said. Yup, yup. Friday was a jeans' day so I wore my new polo shirt & hoodie. Friday was alright I guess. Took some fun pictures at lunch...here's a few of them:

So after school, went home and had time to kill before I went out, so I did my hair & makeup just 'cause, haha. So...pictures! Obviously. I liked how I looked yesterday. =p

You like? Hehe...but yes, that night I went to see our school play, The Importance of Being Earnest and Greg, Marcela, Fader, and Ange, and some other grade 12's were in it. It was absolutely amazing! I was so, so, sooo impressed and I'm so proud of you guys! You're so talented. =) I loved it and was laughing so much. It was just so well done...I can't get over it! Haha..but yes, it was amazing.
Today, Adrian is coming over for awhile then at night we're going bowling with some other people at Rev's. Should be fuuun. =] Soo yeah...that's all for now. Later! Oh yeah...Europe in only 11 days! Ahhh!!

why hello. haven't been on since last week...anyways, a number of things have happened since then. i'll give you the quick list then go into only a little more detail:
the dance on the 27th
kaitlyns and claytons on the 29th
halloween + the last 2 spirit week days
yuuup...good times. the dance was sooo freaking fun. seriously. went to kaitlyns house after school with her and marcela to get ready. all three of us were hot. hell yeah. but yeah it was so fun. the music was pretty good this time i thought, so yeh.
lalala...um, yeah. saturday...shit that was such a great night. i went over to kaitlyns at 5:30/6ish and hung out there for awhile. marcela was already there and angela came later. we left the house at 8ish to pick up paul and headed to clayton's for his big carney grad halloween bash. it happened to be a costume party too. i was a bunny, kait was marilyn monroe, marcela was a ballerina, ange had her wings/mask/hat, and paul was bond. hehe...and so many other costumes were sooo good! anyways, people slowly started arriving...me and marcela were so gooonee by the end of the night for the first times ever and even though we both got sick at some point we still had such a great time...i know i did at least. huh adrian? hahaha i love your "drunk" face. quite entertaining. but yeah it was definitely a fun and entertaining night.
monday was halloween so i dressed up in my toned down bunny outfit, lol! took a bunch of pics and such. had fun in media arts...hung out with ali and she carved 2 mini-pumpkins...they were so awesome! yup yup. i filmed it too. after school, i went with adrian and his lil' sis to the mall so she could go trick-or-treating. it was cute. took photobooth pictures too! they were fun. i ended up going to dinner with them and their dad too haha....overall, it was a good night.
yesterday was 50's day and we went formal...the guys were the mobsters, lol! it was great. then today was 60's/70's day...i went disco. ahh, so fuun! so many great pics but i'll just post a few.
